LSFC WELCOMES NEWEST TEAM MEMBER

LSFC wants to welcome its first full-time associate, Trent Olson. This hire marks a milestone in the life and growth of LSFC. When we began our journey together two years ago, it took a great step of faith to hire a Lead Pastor. As we strived to honor God, He in return has honored us, and we have grown in attendance, ministry, missions, outreach and finance. We are now at a point that, as a church, we must take yet another step of faith for the sake of continued growth. This week we welcome to our leadership team, Trent Olson.

Trent is a long-time Lake Stevens resident. For over a decade Trent and his family have call Lake Stevens home. Trent and his family have lived, worked and ‘done life’ in the LS community for over ten years. He most recently worked for 10+ years as the director of a very successful church based daycare/preschool in Lake Stevens . Trent and his family love God. Trent is a great father, husband, friend and servant of Jesus. You will quickly come to know Trent ’s natural way with people and desire to serve Jesus with his life.

Trent continues in his education, and shows an innate desire to learn grow and develop his God-given gifts and abilities. We truly believe God has orchestrated this opportunity for Trent to join our leadership team at LSFC. Too many ‘coincidences’ occurred in the courting/interviewing process that lasted for over a month.

Please be in prayer for your church. We sincerely believe the greatest days in the life of our church are in front of us.

	UPCOMING EVENTS April 8 is Easter Sunday!: Easter is one of the most opportune times to invite people to church. Be praying about who you can bring with you to one of our special Easter services. Service Times: 8:00AM – Sunrise Service at North Cove Park 9:30AM – Weekend Worship Service at Boys and Girls Club 11:00AM – Weekend Worship Service at Boys and irls Club Your Kids are Not going to want to miss out on “Easter What an Eggsperience” – Planned just for them during our 9:30AM and 11:00AM services. (Games, Prizes, The Easter Story…etc…) Easter Eggstravaganza!: The Lake Stevens Family Center (this is the same organization that we worked with to find our Thanksgiving families) is hosting an event for parents to come down to the Center and assemble Easter baskets for their children. LSFC will be gathering items to donate for the next few weeks and will be delivering all items collected to the Center on April 2nd. What's Needed? Baskets, plastic eggs, candy, egg dying kits, Easter grass, etc. Someone to deliver items collected to the Center on April 2nd. Please bring all items for donation with you to church by April 1st.
