Reminder, This Weekend We Are Having ONE Combined Celebration Service @ 10:30pm. We look forward to seeing you there as we honor those that serve our country so faithfully.

I trust you are enjoying the beautiful days of summer. For many, we’ve put in place our “Family Summer Schedule”; we’re looking for great ways to spend time with our kids, spouse and families and friends. God loves seeing you smile, God loves seeing your family smile, and in fact the Bible says that God takes pleasure in your happiness. “God takes pleasure in your pleasure!” Ecclesiastes 9:7b (MSG). One thing to remember in the summer is to not let God take a back seat in your life. Don’t let pleasure and recreation take the place of church on Sundays. Parents, I encourage you to send a clear message to your family, that God is first in our lives.

God is pleased when we serve Him, worship Him, and share Him. Summer is a great time to do all three. We look forward to seeing you at our celebration service this Sunday. Remember we are having ONE SERVICE at 10:30AM.

	UPCOMING EVENTS Independence Day! This Sunday, July 1^st, LSFC will be honoring Independence Day! This will be a great day to bring someone to church that currently serves or has served in our military. Join us for ONE 10:30AM Service at the Boys and Girls Club as we honor our service men and women and take time to thank God for our freedom. Special Guest: US Airforce Honor Guard. All Church Picnic! Mark your calendars for July 29^th – you are NOT going to want to miss out on our ALL CHURCH PICNIC. We will be meeting for ONE 10:30AM Service at Cedar Springs Camp and picnicking afterwards. Special Forces Kid’s Camp Kid’s Camp registration is NOW! This is a week long camp designed just for kids 3^rd-6^th grade, August 6^th through August 10th. We have a blast meeting new friends, participating in “friendly competitions”, and most importantly growing deeper with God. If your child is going into the 3^rd grade or just ended 6^th grade – sign them up today!!! You can pick up the information at the information table on Sundays or e-mail us for more information. Please turn in your $50.00 deposit and registration form ASAP – Space is limited. (Checks can be made payable to LSFC). (fully potty trained) through 5^th grade then they are not going to want to miss out on this year’s VBS – August 20^th-23^rd. This year’s theme: “Quest for God’s 10 Commandments”. Due to a generous donation we are able to offer VBS 2007 for free!!! Space is limited so sign up ASAP. Donations Needed!!!
