Greetings LSFC Family,

I trust you are enjoying a great summer. There is so much to be thankful for here in the beautiful Northwest. Incredible views of the mountains, beautiful lakes, majestic Evergreens, and more outdoor opportunities than we can list. Summer brings so many opportunities. I hope you, your friends and family are taking advantage of this great season.

Summer also brings our church family great opportunities. Sunday we presented three “Special Summer Projects”. We need your participation in reaching out to our community. As we are organizing ourselves, we’re already seeing God’s favor in helping us meet brand new people in the Lake Stevens community. Our three Special Summer Projects include Bible Camp, VBS and ‘fixing the Sunday sound situation….or at least helping it a lot!’. You can read more about each of these projects at the bottom of this letter. The need for each is listed below.

Summer Project The Need

1. Bible Camp $300.00 - $500.00

2. VBS $1,000.00

3. Sound $2,000.00

It’s important to remind us, that these Special Summer Projects are over and above our regular tithes and offerings to Missions. We’ll be taking our special offering this Sunday and the following, (July 22 & July 29) so please be in prayer as to what you can do to be a part of reaching our Lake Stevens community.

	UPCOMING EVENTS All Church Picnic! Mark your calendars for July 29^th – you are NOT going to want to miss out on our ALL CHURCH PICNIC. We will be meeting for ONE 10:30AM Service at Cedar Springs Camp and picnicking afterwards. Join us for some Fun, Food, and Fellowship!!! This is a week long camp designed just for kids 3^rd-6^th grade, August 6^th through August 10th. We have a blast meeting new friends, participating in “friendly competitions”, and most importantly growing deeper with God. If your child is going into the 3^rd grade or just ended 6^th grade – sign them up today!!! You can pick up the information at the information table on Sundays or e-mail us for more information. Please turn in your $50.00 deposit and registration form ASAP – Space is limited. (Checks can be made payable to LSFC). (fully potty trained) through 5^th grade then they are not going to want to miss out on this year’s VBS – August 20^th-23^rd. This year’s theme: “Quest for God’s 10 Commandments”. Due to a generous donation we are able to offer VBS 2007 for free!!! Space is limited so sign up ASAP. Register Now!!! See your kids there!!! Everett AquaSox Wow night out at the Everett AquaSox baseball game!!! Each ticket cost $9.00 and Angela Brown will be singing the National Anthem.
