What A Wonderful Week!

We would like to thank all the staff that hosted a great week of VBS! This week we had a great team of volunteers from our church that played, sang songs, led cheers, raced, and loved on a great group of kids pre-school-6^th grade. Each day the kids would arrive at 9:00am and our team greeted the kids and their families with huge smiles and a warm welcome. I am so proud of those that served. Each team member was so flexible, ready to serve and went beyond just ministering to the kids, but loved the parents and their families. This is a wonderful example of our church loving those around us…right here in the Lake Stevens Area. I heard of one family that was planning a family vacation this week but thought they would bring their child to our Monday event. Their child had such a great time the just HAD to come the rest of the week. So, do you know what the family did? Yup! They canceled their vacation this week in lieu of VBS. Praise God that we had such an impact on the life of this child.

We are so proud of all the workers who gave and gave this week. We look forward to seeing you all at a great service this weekend. Blessings to you all.
